School Holiday Adventure “Expedition” Camp

The next school holidays are just around the corner and the Team at Outer Limits has big plans for an amazing camp starting Monday July 9th until Friday July 13th.

We are taking a group of kids to Paluma, where we will have a long list of fun activities, including mountain biking, kayaking on the lake, hiking and camping in the rainforest and of course we will get to play on the new high ropes course and climbing poles.

This camp is designed to push the adventurous kids to the next level. It’s not for everyone as it is remote, physically challenging and they need to work as a team to set up shelter, cook meals, make fires and all the things parents often do. If your child is up for the challenge then please contact us to book a spot. Recommended age is 10-15 years.

A more detailed itinerary will be sent out closer to the date.

Price per child is $350; including transport, accommodation, most meals and gear hire.

Here is a list of equipment you need, if you don’t have it please contact us as we can arrange most things for you:

• Mountain bike, helmet, spare tube, pump (we have some available)
• Hiking shoes, backpack (approx 20 litres)
• A small tent tent (1 between 2 and we have some also)
• Sleeping bag and camping mattress (must fit in pack)
• Thongs or sandal’s
• Towel and toiletries (any required medication)
• Clothes – for biking and hiking plus warm clothes, rain coat
• Camping plate/bowl, cup, knife/fork/spoon
• Head lamp (a good one)
