Maintain The Rage  – Fitness Challenge 
Outer Limits Adventure Fitness will host another Maintain The Rage Fitness Challenges at Strand Park  Friday 25th November from 6pm to 8pm.

 Sadly this event has been cancelled sorry 🙁

Teams of 5 will challenge each other in a range of “bootcamp” and “biggest loser” type exercises to see who can “maintain the rage” over the 12 exercises all lasting 5 minutes each.

The exercises will not be made public before the event but you can expect to be holding, lifting, running, pushing and pulling your way to exhaustion. Tyres, ropes, bags and weights will be used to test your every level.

What do you have to do?

Get yourself and 4 mates together, you must have at least 2 females in the team, come up with a team name and register! Then train every muscle for every possible exercise and be ready come November 25th.

Water and electrolytes will be provided.

Please bring family and friends along for your cheer squad.

Competitors must be 16 years or older.
